QuarterNote (quarternote.ai) is a public-beta vertical marketplace where students learn from verified professional musicians — touring and session players with real credits — combined with a full studio-management toolkit. It handles discovery and AI natural-language teacher matching, trial booking with Stripe Connect split payments, an in-app lesson room with AI recaps and a notetaker, scheduling and availability, cancellations with makeup credits, recurring weekly lessons, reviews, in-app messaging, and email/SMS reminders. A school tenancy layer lets multi-teacher studios run their own roster, master schedule, and payroll. The money rule is one line: a monthly fee for the tools, a percentage only when we bring the student.

Tetrameter (tetrameter.ai) is a public-beta measurement platform for AI inference. It reports four measures — energy, carbon, water and land — with cost sitting outside them as the same consumption priced, measured per task rather than per query because an agent does not make one request. It is a reference implementation of the Green Software Foundation's Software Carbon Intensity specification for AI: every figure carries an uncertainty range, an evidence tier, and the list of factors it came from, and every factor carries its source, version and retrieval date. The coefficient engine and the metadata-only collector are open source under Apache 2.0; the hosted product provides continuous ingest, 13-month retention, per-customer attribution, a restatement log, and the auditor's evidence pack.

Kumohime (雲姫, "Cloud Princess") is a public-beta platform for real-time, embeddable talking-AI avatars. A brand drops a snippet onto its site and a brand-consistent character greets and helps visitors in real time — it listens through the visitor's mic, speaks in a cloned ElevenLabs voice, lip-syncs via a three.js/VRM (3D) or inline-SVG (2D) rig, sees the page it's embedded on, remembers the conversation, and answers from that brand's own knowledge base. The flagship avatar is KumoKodo's own cyberpunk-anime heroine; brands can license her or commission a custom avatar from their own mascot, logo, or illustration. It deliberately targets the stylized/anime/character-IP corner of the live-avatar market that photoreal-first tools leave open.

Kodori is a private-beta AI-native document management system for law firms and AEC. 77 typed MCP tools, hash-chained immutable audit log, content-addressable blob storage, deny-always-wins legal holds, retention review queues, hybrid keyword + semantic search via Reciprocal Rank Fusion, an AEC vertical module (RFIs, submittals, inspections, drawings), DLP findings + anomaly detection with step-up approval, an annotations layer, and a desktop sync companion — built for SOC 2, 21 CFR Part 11, and FRCP discovery from day one.

Akiko is a private-beta multi-account Gmail cockpit. It puts 3+ inboxes on a single spatial canvas with 5 layout modes, AI triage badges, AI drafts in per-account voice profiles, hybrid keyword + semantic search across every connected inbox, and natural-language Standing Rules governed by an Autonomy Dial.

Kuroji is a private-beta AI CFO agent for pre-seed and seed-stage startup founders. It plugs into bank (Plaid), payment processors (Stripe), and payroll (Gusto), builds and maintains its own event-sourced, hash-chained ledger, and provides live cash visibility, 13-week forecast, conversational scenarios, anomaly detection, and an expanding set of agent capabilities across three rings — read-only insight, ledger writes, and bounded external actions. Pricing is a single transparent $39/month base + metered overage, with $29/entity for holding companies, indie SaaS portfolios, and multi-product operators.

Roushi is a private-beta self-wiring knowledge layer and autonomous coordination plane for portfolio operators. It combines hybrid search (pgvector + Postgres tsvector fused via Reciprocal Rank Fusion), a typed 12-entity knowledge graph with 10 relations, cron-driven self-maintenance (decay, dedupe, audit-edges, and contradiction scans), and a 35-tool MCP server — exposed over both stdio and HTTPS — that prescribes the most relevant decisions, patterns, and lessons to Claude Code before each edit rather than after.
